Americas Best Value Inn Laredo

My stay was quite enjoyable! The staff was accommodating and respectful, going above and beyond to provide extra essentials when I needed them. The location offered easy access to various dining options, and I appreciated the comfort of my King Room, which was clean and well-maintained. I look forward to returning, especially with the new all-you-can-eat Mexican buffet opening soon.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 6 nights, but everything was great. The a double room for its value had basic facilities you need.

I loved that I was just a short walk away from the Imaginarium of South Texas and appreciated being so close to the vibrant Old Mercado, made exploring the city easy. While my experience with the staff could use a little polishing, I found my room to be quite spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend traveler like me who enjoys city walks.

The front desk staff it was a female she had an attitude.my mother went to ask for a cup and the lady was so rude.by telling her that the store had some a attitud

Located by plenty of shopping and restaurants with a nice pool.

Needed a coffee maker.

The best value inn was close to several restaurants for lunch, super convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I had to change rooms. I ended up with a room that had two beds. I appreciated that they offered assistance despite the issues. It was a cozy place overall.

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel. It should describe itself as a hotel for truck drivers that does not care about customer service, professionalism or cleanliness, inside or out. I would never recommend it to anyone. Note that I complained to the bbb and have contacted the national office about this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked and the shower was clean and had excellent water pressure

The desk clerk refused to give me a receipt she said my online confirmation that I printed was all I needed? This is not true online printout showed $79.00 total cost is $91.00 why did she refuse this has never happened before? Tv remote did not work properly very annoying

My two-night stay was mostly fine; the picnic area was enjoyable, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly, especially Johana, who made everything smoother.

I've chosen this nice hotel for staying here with my friend. Booked a room for its value. The location was good for Laredo, next to Mall del Norte and a lot shops that are around as well as a restaurant for lunch. Furthermore, close to shopping centers.

Good place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. Staff once helped me with a local taxi, nice. I highly recommend it for a great stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
